Private Patient Care Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Personal care and accompaniment of private patients during their stay
• Serving as the primary contact for individual concerns and service requests
• Supporting organizational matters regarding admission, stay, and discharge
• Close collaboration with medical, nursing, and administrative departments
• Ensuring a high-quality service and care experience
• Coordinating and following up on patient-related requests
• Assisting with administrative tasks and documentation
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of service quality

Requirements

• Completed commercial training, healthcare training, or comparable qualification
• Experience in service, hospitality, healthcare, or patient service sectors is desirable
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Friendly, well-groomed, and professional appearance
• High level of communication skills and empathy
• Organizational skills and a structured, independent way of working
• Proficient use of standard MS Office applications
• Discretion and sense of responsibility when handling sensitive data
