Private Markets Product Development Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Private Equity development programs by partnering with client-facing, product, operations, and technology teams
• Create development plans, manage execution, and coordinate requirements gathering
• Participate in the agile development process, including testing and the roll-out of new capabilities
• Act as a product owner for agile programs, managing status tracking, issue escalation, and stakeholder communication
• Facilitate program governance, ensuring compliance with policies, risk management, and audit oversight
• Develop a deep understanding of technology and operating models to create effective execution plans
• Support the development of the Private Equity Product roadmap and annual planning activities

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in investment operations, project management, client implementation, or business analysis
• Proven expertise in business analysis and requirements writing, specifically creating epics and stories
• Experience working within an agile development environment
• Strong project management and process transformation skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing client requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Subject matter knowledge in Asset Servicing, Investor Services, Transfer Agency, or Private Market/Alternative Fund investments
• Experience with Private Investments or asset servicing
