Private Market Valuations Senior Principal

Responsibilities

• Perform valuations on a wide range of illiquid investments across various industries and geographies using relevant financial theories and approaches
• Present detailed analyses and conclusions through written reports and handle valuation queries directly from clients
• Contribute to the design and enhancement of financial models used for valuation processes
• Provide training and coaching to junior analysts within the team
• Work with management to build and maintain strong relationships with leading clients
• Attend industry events to stay informed on trends within the alternative asset industry

Requirements

• Must be a KSA National
• Qualified accountant or CFA charterholder (or currently in the process of obtaining the qualification)
• Multiple years of experience constructing and reviewing valuation models, including DCF, comparable company/bond, PWERM, and option pricing models
• Experience managing the delivery of valuations and responding to client challenges
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of a TAQEEM (Business Valuation) License or being in the process of obtaining one
