Private Label Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement private label strategies aligned with Chedraui's commercial, financial, and positioning objectives.
• Manage the private label product portfolio, identifying opportunities for innovation, assortment, quality, and price competitiveness.
• Lead negotiations and manage relationships with national and international suppliers to ensure commercial conditions, quality standards, and efficient supply.
• Analyze key performance indicators including sales, margin, market share, turnover, and profitability to drive category growth.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary projects with commercial, purchasing, logistics, marketing, and operations departments to ensure successful brand execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in private labels, retail, consumer goods, purchasing, or product development.
• Proven expertise in supplier negotiation, market analysis, commercial strategies, and category management.
• Proficiency in managing commercial and financial indicators such as sales, margin, profitability, turnover, and inventory.
• Advanced English level.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary projects and coordinating with operations and logistics teams.
