About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all residences and properties
- Develop preventative maintenance schedules for buildings, equipment, and amenities
- Hire, schedule, and supervise all household vendors and contractors
- Manage household inventory, supplies, and organization systems
- Coordinate home improvement projects, renovations, and installations
- Maintain household budgets, vendor records, and property documentation
- Supervise household staff and service providers
- Coordinate with the Executive Operations team to ensure seamless family support
Requirements
- Experience managing luxury estates, private residences, or boutique hospitality
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Strong vendor management and negotiation experience
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and project management software
- High attention to detail and strong judgment
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism
