Responsibilities

• Analyze and conduct diligence on co-investment opportunities and secondary transactions
• Interact with fund managers and portfolio company management teams for underwriting and analysis
• Perform quantitative and qualitative research and financial modeling on companies and assets
• Conduct due diligence on potential fund investments and synthesize findings in investment memorandums
• Perform market research using proprietary databases to analyze macroeconomic trends
• Construct and communicate investment arguments effectively

Requirements

• Undergraduate student graduating between December 2027 and June 2028
• GPA of 3.5 or higher
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work legally in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
