Private Equity Investments Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist with investment transactions including screening, due diligence, and monitoring
• Build and modify financial models for cash flow projection and return analysis
• Prepare investment memorandums and present findings to internal committees
• Partner with legal counsel to review deal terms and execute transactions
• Monitor portfolio performance and draft investor communications
• Support fundraising efforts and special projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics
• 1-2 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or consulting
• Strong financial modeling skills with knowledge of LBOs
• Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Strong project management and communication skills
