Private Equity Investment Associate

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and financial analysis for potential primary investments and fund commitments
• Assist in the due diligence process, including reviewing fund documentation and evaluating deal structures
• Prepare investment memoranda and recommendations for internal committees
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide ongoing analysis of investments
• Collaborate with team members to develop investment strategies and identify new opportunities
• Maintain accurate investment records and assist with reporting requirements

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or asset management
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency in financial modeling
• Solid understanding of primary investments, secondary investments, and co-investments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or relevant graduate degree
