Private Equity Fund Accounting & Administration, Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze investment and fund performance data for complex Private Equity and Credit Funds
• Review and prepare daily position and cash reconciliations, researching and resolving discrepancies
• Process journal entries and maintain the general ledger
• Prepare capital calls, distribution allocation schedules, and financial work papers
• Monitor USD and non-USD cash movements
• Review the work of Junior Associates and offshore teams
• Interact with internal and external auditors to provide requested information
• Participate in special client or internal projects

Requirements

• 3-5 years of fund accounting or related experience
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Private Equity industry
• Proficiency with Investran
• Experience with investment or portfolio accounting platforms
