Private Equity Consulting Intern

Responsibilities

• Support European private-equity funds in creating commercial due diligence reports
• Assist investors throughout the M&A lifecycle in strategic decision-making
• Develop market models and validate business plans
• Contribute to the financial evaluation of potential target companies
• Conduct primary and secondary research for market, customer, and competitor analyses
• Manage and expand investor and deal databases
• Identify investment opportunities through target screening

Requirements

• Currently studying economics, industrial engineering, or a related field (3rd semester or higher)
• Strong analytical mindset and team player
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of SPSS or similar software is ideal
• Interest in consulting, private equity, venture capital, or startups
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
