About the role
Responsibilities
- Support deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio management
- Conduct financial analysis, modeling, due diligence, and market research
- Prepare investment memos and present findings to the investment committee
- Collaborate with portfolio companies to support value creation initiatives
- Maintain strong industry relationships and networks within the GCC region
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting, Big 4 Transaction Services, or Private Equity
- Demonstrated transaction experience and strong analytical rigor
- Sector-agnostic with a flexible and entrepreneurial mindset
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a small, lean team
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus
- Willingness to be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi
