Private Dining Lead

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between the event sales team and the execution team to ensure client expectations are met
• Communicate directly with clients and sales teams to coordinate and fulfill all event requests
• Develop menus and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) in collaboration with the store team
• Follow up on special orders with management staff and the kitchen team
• Ensure all parties have a detailed understanding of scheduled events and specific client needs

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a similar role
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in hospitality or retail
• Proficient computer skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Ability to stand and remain mobile for up to 4 hours in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
