Private Credit, Fund Accounting & Administration Officer

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day accounting and administration for several client-sponsored investment funds
• Supervise subordinate staff levels, including Associates and Senior Associates
• Deliver high-quality client service and ensure appropriate KPIs are established and met
• Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues, providing technical expertise
• Manage team resources, coordinate activities, and handle personnel-related issues
• Support the onboarding of new clients and manage conversion or change activities
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and recommending process efficiencies
• Ensure all activities adhere to internal standards, policies, and risk/compliance procedures
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, and providing coaching and development for staff

Requirements

• Proven experience in staff supervision and team management
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure
• Strong ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize effectively
• Detail-oriented approach to tracking queries and managing operational issues
