Private Client Investment Associate

Responsibilities

• Support Private Client Advisors by facilitating operational requests including account opening, money movement, and investment trades
• Build and maintain client relationships by resolving issues and providing up-to-date information
• Assist with ongoing wealth planning, referral source management, and new lead generation
• Manage relationship and account reviews and prepare accurate performance reports
• Engage in Risk Management through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and account inquiries
• Support business unit operational procedures and ensure compliance with all documentation requirements
• Prioritize daily tasks to consistently meet deadlines and foster a positive team culture

Requirements

• Valid and active Series 7 license (or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment)
• Valid and active Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam (if registered after October 1, 2018)
• Ability to obtain a valid and active Series 66 (63/65) and Life and Health Insurance license within 60 days of starting the role
