Private Client Banker

Responsibilities

• Provide plan-based financial advice and solutions to clients with up to $2M in investable assets.
• Assess client financial needs, gather data, and offer appropriate products and services to improve financial wellness.
• Build a client referral pipeline by identifying and developing internal and external centers of influence.
• Open personal and business accounts, including consumer checking, small business, and various deposit products.
• Partner with branch teammates and line of business partners in Mortgage, Business Banking, and Key Investment Services to deepen client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with all operational, risk, security, and audit procedures.
• Support branch operations, including assisting with client transactions on the teller line as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in developing customer relationships and achieving sales goals in insurance and investment products.
• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including prospecting and networking.
• FINRA Series 6, Series 63, and SIE certifications required upon hire.
• Life and Health Insurance Licenses required upon hire.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital banking technology.
• Ability to work Saturdays as directed by management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience interacting with small business clients and overcoming objections.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
