Private Client Banker

Responsibilities

• Provide financial advice and solutions to clients with up to $2M in investable assets using a plan-based approach.
• Assess client financial needs, gather data, and offer appropriate products and services to improve financial wellness.
• Build a client referral pipeline by identifying and developing internal and external centers of influence.
• Open personal and business accounts, including consumer checking, small business, and various deposit products.
• Partner with branch teammates and line of business partners in Mortgage, Business Banking, and Key Investment Services to deepen client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with all operational, risk, security, and audit procedures.
• Support branch operations, including assisting with client transactions on the teller line as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in developing customer relationships and achieving sales goals in insurance and investment products.
• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including prospecting and networking.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and influence business partners.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) and digital banking technologies.
• Must possess or obtain the following upon hire: FINRA Series 6, FINRA Series 63, FINRA SIE, and Life and Health Insurance Licenses.
