Private Client Banker

Responsibilities

• Manage complete banking relationships for affluent clients by delivering tailored financial solutions and cutting-edge technology.
• Actively manage assigned clients through an advice-based approach to recommend products and services that meet their financial needs.
• Acquire new clients by actively soliciting referrals and developing internal and external sources of business.
• Educate and connect clients to digital technology solutions, including the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Collaborate with internal experts to connect clients to specialized financial services.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Branch Banking, Banker roles, or Financial Services sales with a proven track record in revenue generation.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Possession of (or ability to obtain within 180 days) the Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life insurance license.
• Demonstrated success in using a relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client connections.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor product benefits to diverse client needs.
• Ability to work branch hours, which includes weekends and some evenings.

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree or military equivalent.
• Previous experience specifically cultivating relationships with affluent or high-net-worth clients.
