Private Client Banker

Responsibilities

• Manage complete banking relationships for affluent clients using an advice-based approach
• Proactively generate growth in client balances and acquire new clients through referrals
• Partner with specialists, including Mortgage Bankers and Business Relationship Managers, to meet complex client needs
• Educate clients on self-service digital options for 24/7 account access
• Adhere to all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Branch Banking or financial services with a focus on relationship management
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
• Ability to obtain SIE, FINRA Series 6/7, and Life insurance licenses within 180 days of hire
• Demonstrated ability to comply with Dodd Frank and Truth in Lending Act regulations
• Ability to work branch hours, including evenings and weekends

• Experience cultivating relationships with affluent or high-net-worth clients
• College degree or military equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong team orientation and commitment to a long-term career
