Private Client Banker

Responsibilities

• Manage complete banking relationships for a select group of affluent clients using an advice-based approach.
• Drive growth in client balances by identifying appropriate products and services for their financial needs.
• Partner with internal specialists, including Mortgage Bankers and Private Client Advisors, to address complex client requirements.
• Acquire new clients by actively soliciting referrals and developing internal and external lead sources.
• Promote self-service digital banking options to enhance client convenience.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
• 1+ year of experience in Branch Banking or financial services with a track record of client acquisition and relationship management.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to obtain SIE, FINRA Series 6/7, and Life insurance licenses within 180 days of starting the role.
• Ability to work branch hours, which includes weekends and some evenings.
• Demonstrated success in a relationship-oriented sales or service environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree or military equivalent.
• Previous experience cultivating relationships with affluent or high-net-worth clients.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
