Private Client Banker

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for affluent clients, managing their complete banking relationships.
• Utilize an advice-based approach to ensure clients receive the best products and services for their financial needs.
• Partner with specialists, including Mortgage Bankers and Business Relationship Managers, to connect customers with expert financial solutions.
• Drive growth in client balances by actively soliciting referrals and developing internal and external lead sources.
• Promote self-service digital options to enhance client convenience and account accessibility.
• Adhere to all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Branch Banking, Banker roles, or equivalent financial services experience.
• Demonstrated success in new client acquisition and maintaining customer relationships.
• Ability to obtain SIE, FINRA Series 6/7, and Life insurance licenses (or complete them within 180 days of hire).
• Compliance with Dodd Frank and Truth in Lending Act regulations.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours, which includes weekends and some evenings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience cultivating relationships specifically with affluent or high-net-worth clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• College degree or military equivalent.
• Strong team orientation and a commitment to a long-term career with the firm.
