About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for affluent clients, managing their complete banking relationships through an advice-based approach.
- Drive growth in client balances by proactively identifying needs and sharing the value of Chase Private Client services.
- Partner with internal specialists, including Mortgage Bankers and Private Client Advisors, to connect customers with expert financial solutions.
- Acquire new clients by actively soliciting referrals and developing both internal and external lead sources.
- Promote self-service digital banking options to enhance client convenience and account accessibility.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Branch Banking, financial services, or an equivalent role with a focus on client acquisition and relationship management.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- Ability to obtain and maintain SIE, FINRA Series 6/7, state registrations, and Life insurance licenses within 180 days of hire.
- Demonstrated ability to comply with Dodd Frank and Truth in Lending Act regulations.
- Flexibility to work branch hours, which includes weekends and some evenings.

- Experience cultivating long-term relationships with affluent or high-net-worth clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- College degree or military equivalent.
- Strong team orientation and a commitment to a long-term career with the firm.
