Private Client Banker

Responsibilities

• Manage complete banking relationships for a select group of affluent clients using an advice-based approach
• Drive growth in client balances by identifying appropriate products and services
• Partner with internal specialists, including Mortgage Bankers and Private Client Advisors, to meet complex client needs
• Acquire new clients by actively soliciting referrals and developing internal and external lead sources
• Promote self-service digital banking options to enhance client convenience
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required
• 1+ year of experience in Branch Banking or financial services with a track record of client acquisition and relationship management
• Possession of, or ability to obtain within 180 days, SIE, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (63/66), and Life insurance licenses
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings

• College degree or military equivalent
• Proven experience cultivating relationships with affluent or high-net-worth clients
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Commitment to a long-term career within the firm
