About the role

Responsibilities

  • Raise awareness of H&P's services by proactively reaching out to potential clients and intermediary partners
  • Conduct research and prepare impactful meetings with potential introducers and client prospects
  • Provide expert advice on residency and citizenship planning to help clients achieve their objectives
  • Qualify prospects and perform initial due-diligence checks to assess suitability and mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers to deliver a world-class client experience throughout the sales journey
  • Achieve high success rates in converting sales leads and meet annual sales targets for assigned jurisdictions
  • Maintain detailed and effective notes on prospect and customer interactions using the CRM system
  • Act as a positive representative of the brand at industry events and conferences

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of customer-facing sales experience in investment, insurance, real estate, private banking, or wealth management
  • Proven knowledge and experience working with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs)
  • Strong international networks for business development
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Strong research and strategic analysis skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's or advanced degree
  • Multilingual capabilities
  • Territorial-specific experience in global mobility or investment migration
