About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish and strengthen relationships with intermediary and direct clients to convert leads into residency and citizenship planning cases
- Proactively reach out to potential clients and intermediary partners to raise awareness of services and solutions
- Conduct research and prepare impactful meetings with potential introducers and client prospects
- Provide expert advice on residency and citizenship planning to help clients achieve their objectives
- Qualify prospects and perform initial due-diligence checks to assess suitability and mitigate operational risks
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to deliver a world-class client experience throughout the sales journey
- Meet and exceed annual sales targets for assigned jurisdictions
- Maintain detailed and effective notes on prospect and customer interactions using the CRM system
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related discipline
- 3+ years of customer-facing sales experience in investment, insurance, private banking, wealth management, real estate, or recruitment
- Full business proficiency in both English and French
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills
- Ability to perform strategic analysis and provide accurate client analysis for tailored solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs)
- Multilingual capabilities and territorial-specific experience
