Private Client Advisor

Responsibilities

• Raise awareness of H&P's services by proactively reaching out to potential clients and intermediary partners
• Conduct research and prepare impactful meetings with potential introducers and client prospects
• Provide expert advice on residency and citizenship planning to help clients achieve their objectives
• Qualify prospects and perform initial due-diligence checks to assess suitability and mitigate risks
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to deliver a world-class client experience throughout the sales journey
• Achieve high success rates in converting sales leads and meet annual sales targets for assigned jurisdictions
• Maintain detailed and effective notes on prospect and customer interactions using the CRM system
• Act as a positive brand representative at industry events and conferences

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related discipline
• 3+ years of customer-facing sales experience in sectors such as investment, private banking, wealth management, or real estate
• Full proficiency in both English and Mandarin
• Strong research, strategic analysis, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs)
• Advanced or Master's degree
• Multilingual capabilities and territorial-specific market experience
