About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish and strengthen relationships with intermediary and direct clients to provide expert advisory services.
- Convert leads into client cases by delivering exceptional customer service and a premier onboarding experience.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients and intermediary partners to raise awareness of services and solutions.
- Conduct research and prepare impactful meetings with potential introducers and client prospects.
- Provide expert advice on residency and citizenship planning to help clients achieve their objectives.
- Qualify prospects and perform initial due-diligence checks to assess suitability and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to deliver a world-class client experience throughout the sales journey.
- Meet and exceed annual sales targets for assigned jurisdictions.
- Maintain detailed and effective notes on prospect and customer interactions using CRM systems.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of customer-facing sales experience in sectors such as investment, private banking, wealth management, or real estate.
- Full proficiency in both English and Japanese.
- Strong research, strategic analysis, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's or advanced degrees.
- Direct experience working with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs).
- Multilingual capabilities and territorial-specific experience.
