About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish and strengthen relationships with intermediary and direct clients to convert leads into client cases.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients and intermediary partners to raise awareness of services.
- Provide expert advice on residency and citizenship planning to help clients achieve their objectives.
- Qualify prospects and perform initial due-diligence checks to assess suitability and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to deliver a world-class client experience throughout the sales journey.
- Meet and exceed annual sales targets for assigned jurisdictions.
- Maintain detailed and effective notes on prospect and customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Represent the brand positively at industry events and conferences.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of customer-facing sales experience in investment, insurance, private banking, wealth management, real estate, or recruitment.
- Full business proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Strong research, strategic analysis, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs).
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's or advanced degrees.
- Existing strong international networks for business development.
- Experience with territorial-specific business development.
