Private Butler & Principal's Shadow

Responsibilities

• Accompany the Principal throughout the day, anticipating needs and ensuring all personal essentials, documents, and devices are prepared.
• Deliver five-star food and beverage service, including formal meal service and table setting.
• Manage wardrobes, including garment care, seasonal rotations, laundry coordination, and luxury shoe maintenance.
• Oversee guest hospitality, ensuring guest rooms are prepared and visitors are welcomed according to high etiquette standards.
• Coordinate with the Estate Manager, chefs, and housekeeping to ensure seamless household operations and event support.
• Provide comprehensive travel support, including packing/unpacking and preparing hotel suites for international journeys.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Butler, Valet, Personal Attendant, or Private Household Professional.
• Proven experience serving UHNW families, VIPs, diplomats, or working within luxury hospitality environments.
• Excellent spoken English and outstanding communication skills.
• Exceptional grooming, professional presentation, and high emotional intelligence.
• Ability to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding all family and business matters.
• Valid passport and a willingness to travel internationally at short notice.
• Ability to work long and flexible hours to meet the needs of the Principal.

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal Butler training from a recognized institution.
• Hospitality or Hotel Management qualification.
• First Aid certification.
• A valid UAE driving licence.
