About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop, structure, and implement tailored credit and financing solutions for High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients
- Translate strategic concepts and product ideas from the Private Banking team into approved, executable product solutions
- Ensure all product offerings align with client needs, business objectives, and operational feasibility
- Manage bespoke lending structures and specialized private client offerings
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in Private Banking or a similar specialized field
- In-depth knowledge of Private Banking products, specifically credit and financing solutions for HNW/UHNW segments
- Proven capability in the development and structuring of tailored financial products
- Strong understanding of relationship-based advisory models
- Ability to bridge the gap between strategic vision and operational execution
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to international Private Banking practices and global standards
