Private Banking Support Executive

Responsibilities

• Support the promotion force in managing securities contracts and operating Private Banking products
• Attract new accounts, follow up on existing accounts, and manage contract openings and maintenance
• Update client files and ensure regulatory compliance by managing documentation in a timely manner
• Provide high-quality customer service and execute instructions according to internal and regulatory policies
• Maintain deep knowledge of institutional products to provide integral support to Private Banking promoters

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Mandatory valid AMIB Figura 3 certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong orientation toward results, interest in sales, and a strong customer service focus
• Interest in developing a career within the securities promotion area
