Private Banking Executive

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers in acquiring, onboarding, servicing, and retaining private banking clients to meet business goals.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding complex requests, including banking transactions, investments, credit, and digital solutions.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Manage client service engagement plans and lead service review visits to improve the overall client experience.
• Ensure strict adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policy standards, supporting risk-related activities.
• Coordinate with Operations and other support functions to resolve issues and ensure seamless end-to-end client journeys.
• Assist with day-to-day administration, including preparing for client meetings, drafting documentation, and managing payments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in client relationship management, ideally within Private Banking or Wealth Management.
• Sound knowledge of banking operational procedures, risk management, and lending requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and work effectively across diverse cultures and backgrounds.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a broad client demographic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
• Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities.

• Strong understanding of general financial market dynamics and current financial concepts.
• High aptitude for the digital landscape and supporting clients with digital banking solutions.
