Private Banker – Vice President

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with clients by earning trust and providing targeted advice
• Generate business results and acquire new assets from both existing and new client bases
• Advise clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit, and banking needs
• Partner with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise to clients
• Ensure proposed solutions fulfill client objectives through a holistic, goals-based planning approach
• Strictly adhere to all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures

Requirements

• Six plus years of work experience in Private Banking or Financial Services
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Series 7, 66, and Insurance licenses required (unlicensed candidates must obtain them within 90 days of start date)
• Proven sales success and strong business acumen
• Strong community presence with an established network
• Demonstrated understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP designation
• In-depth knowledge of equity and fixed income markets and alternative investments (Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Real Estate)
• Exceptional presentation skills and ability to communicate with clarity
• Strong organizational skills and a disciplined approach to business management
