Private Banker

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain client relationships by providing targeted advice and exceptional service
• Generate new business and acquire new assets from both existing and new client bases
• Advise clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, and wealth planning
• Partner with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise to clients
• Connect clients across all lines of business within J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.
• Ensure proposed solutions meet client objectives through a holistic, goals-based planning approach
• Adhere strictly to all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Private Banking or Financial Services
• Bachelor's Degree
• Series 7, 66, and Insurance licenses (or ability to obtain them within 90 days of hire)
• Proven sales success and strong business acumen
• Strong community presence with an established network
• Demonstrated understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP designation
• In-depth knowledge of equity and fixed income markets and alternative investments (Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Real Estate)
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and strong organizational skills
