Private Banker II

Responsibilities

• Manage a Private client portfolio using a consultative approach, focusing on profitability and long-term relationships.
• Act as the primary financial advisor and focal point of relationship for clients.
• Develop new business opportunities through networking, personal relationships, and active market engagement.
• Expand client share of wallet by promoting wealth consolidation and multi-generational relationship deepening.
• Proactively address liquidity events, succession planning, wealth movements, and structured credit opportunities.
• Translate macroeconomic scenarios and market trends into commercial strategies and client recommendations.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline for prospecting and business development.
• Partner with specialists in investments, wealth planning, credit, and corporate banking.
• Deliver consistent targets regarding capital raising, revenue, profitability, cross-selling, and client retention.

Requirements

• Mandatory CFP® certification.
• Extensive experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or related fields.
• Expertise in local and international investments and portfolio construction.
• Deep knowledge of structured credit, foreign exchange, and complex financial solutions.
• Experience in wealth and succession planning, including offshore structures.
• Knowledge of taxation and corporate structuring applied to high-net-worth clients.
• Advanced English skills (desirable).
• Strong ability to build trust with high-net-worth individuals and manage complex family/business structures.
