Private Banker

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow profitable banking relationships with high-net-worth clients and prospects
• Design and deliver customized financial solutions to meet complex balance sheet management needs
• Execute business plans to grow banking revenue while adhering to the Bank’s risk tolerance
• Make credit decisions and recommendations in compliance with Bank policies and procedures
• Coordinate client relationship management with lead relationship managers for assigned portfolios
• Provide integrated, consultative advice to help clients achieve personal and financial goals
• Monitor performance, track data, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
• Maintain strict adherence to legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements, including AML and privacy standards

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in banking or wealth management
• Post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven track record in business development and client service
• Strong credit knowledge and skills regarding personal and commercial products
• Ability to meet all necessary licensing and certification requirements for the jurisdiction
• In-depth relationship management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
