Private Bank Strategic Transformation Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist with program management and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Ops, Tech, Product, Legal, Risk, and Compliance.
• Perform program office tasks independently, including producing senior management presentations, newsletters, and meeting documentation.
• Analyze problem statements to frame feasible solutions and execute project deliverables while identifying risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate program deliverables and establish key reporting standards to ensure high-quality work and attention to detail.
• Manage change adoption to ensure initiatives are well-received and contribute to benefits realization.
• Coordinate contracting processes, vendor engagement, budget forecasting, and support Internal Audit requirements.
• Maintain and update program management platforms including JIRA, Confluence, and Monday.com.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic consulting, management consulting, project management, or change management.
• Background in Banking or Financial Services, ideally within Private Banking.
• Proven ability to work independently as a proactive self-starter.
• Strong understanding of the program lifecycle, including project planning, risk management, and governance.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and experience with Monday.com, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Digital-first mindset with broad knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs).

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• PMP certification.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
• Conversant with Agile and Design Thinking methodologies.
