Private Bank Recruiter, Vice President

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for the Asset & Wealth Management segment
• Lead requirement intake calls with hiring managers and provide guidance on recruitment processes and policies
• Proactively map talent and manage candidate talent pools to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified professionals
• Source and pipeline candidates through various channels, collaborating with sourcing partners when necessary
• Evaluate, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Provide a high-quality candidate experience through frequent and timely communication
• Conduct pre-offer calls and take ownership of offer negotiation and management
• Partner with human resources and compensation teams to ensure appropriate offer approvals
• Present recruiting activity updates and manage escalations for senior client groups

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a recruiter role, either in-house or within a talent acquisition agency
• Proven expertise in sourcing and pipelining talent
• Strong client management skills with the ability to manage expectations and escalations
• Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships and deliver a first-class candidate experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team while managing multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting within the financial services industry, specifically in Asset & Wealth Management
