Privacy Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Build, operationalize, and maintain LVT’s comprehensive privacy compliance framework
• Own and scale the end-to-end workflow for Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs)
• Develop and maintain Records of Processing Activities (ROPAs) and data lineage maps
• Lead vendor privacy reviews and manage data processing agreements (DPAs)
• Manage consumer-facing privacy frameworks, cookie compliance, and consent management
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Security teams to embed privacy-by-design
• Support internal investigations and regulatory inquiries
• Identify and deploy AI-driven compliance tools to automate workflows

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of dedicated privacy program management experience in SaaS, AI, or hardware-software enterprise
• Operational knowledge of CCPA/CPRA and GDPR
• Experience establishing or scaling privacy workflows from scratch
• Ability to translate legal mandates into practical business rules
• Strong cross-functional communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• IAPP certifications such as CIPP/US, CIPP/E, or AIGP
