Privacy Analyst

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for privacy and AI governance escalations, data subject requests, and impact assessments.
• Conduct vendor privacy questionnaires, privacy impact assessments (PIAs), and data protection impact assessments (DPIAs).
• Maintain the company data inventory and records of processing activity (ROPAs) on an annual basis.
• Support the development and maintenance of processes to ensure compliance with privacy, data protection, and AI laws.
• Act as a liaison with internal departments to integrate privacy and AI requirements into business processes.
• Assist in managing privacy and AI incident responses in collaboration with Legal and Information Security teams.
• Support Legal counsel in implementing global privacy and AI projects, including privacy by design assessments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in privacy and technology project management or administration.
• General knowledge and comfort discussing technology and network protocols.
• Advanced MS Office Suite skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with all levels of management, vendors, and clients.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and proactively identify issues or opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Privacy certifications such as AIGP, CIPM, CIPP/US, or CIPP/E.
• Previous experience working within a software or technology company.
