Responsibilities

• Operate and prepare flexographic printing machines, including changeovers
• Prepare materials, inks, and printing elements
• Control component quality and execute production according to customer specifications
• Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and minor machine adjustments
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure continuity and timely order fulfillment
• Operate a forklift for transporting and loading paper rolls into the flexographic machine

Requirements

• Minimum vocational education (mechanical, printing, or related)
• 1–2 years of experience in paper processing, packaging, food packaging, printing, or FMCG preferred
• SEP electrical qualifications
• UDT (cat. WJO II) forklift qualifications and experience
• Valid sanitary-epidemiological certificate
• Mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving skills
• Readiness to work in shifts
• Moderate English language skills (spoken and written) are a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with machine operation in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
