About the role
Responsibilities
- Operate, clean, inspect, and troubleshoot printing and coating equipment
- Load materials and monitor production runs
- Inspect finished sheets for proper registration, alignment, and quality
- Complete production logs and required documentation
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area following 5S standards
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of machine operation experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- High attention to detail
- Ability to identify production and quality problems
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior printing experience
