Printer/Media Technologist

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor printing machines to ensure stable and high-quality napkin printing
• Set up print jobs by adjusting colors, aligning print images, and converting machines for new motifs
• Control color quality and print images during the process and intervene if deviations occur
• Resolve minor malfunctions and perform fine adjustments to maintain production flow
• Clean printing units and support simple maintenance tasks
• Document production data and irregularities to ensure process traceability
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth shift transitions

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, ideally in a technical field (e.g., Machine Operator, Industrial Mechanic, Mechatronics Technician, Process Mechanic, Printer, or Media Technologist)
• Experience in flexographic or packaging printing is an advantage
• Strong technical understanding and keen sense of color
• Unrestricted color vision
• Good German language skills for communication in shift operations
• Independent, responsible, and reliable working style
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
