Print Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end print pursuits, including complex RFPs, renewals, and large-scale transformation deals.
• Design end-to-end print and Managed Print Services (MPS) architectures covering hardware, software, security, and workflow automation.
• Drive win strategies, value propositions, and bid governance for strategic print opportunities.
• Engage with CXO, IT, and Procurement stakeholders to position solutions as strategic enablers of digital transformation.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Pricing teams to define TCV, margin, and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional bid teams including Delivery, Legal, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth transitions from pursuit to delivery.

Requirements

• 8–15+ years of experience in print solutions, Managed Print Services (MPS), or solution architecture.
• Proven track record in managing enterprise-level, large-deal pursuits.
• Expertise in RFP management and complex solution design.
• Strong experience in CXO-level engagement and executive communication.
• Deep understanding of print security, workflow digitization, and IT infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in Print, IT services, solution architecture, or project management.
• Experience with TCV-based selling and long-term annuity service contracts.
• Ability to lead virtual, cross-functional teams in a global environment.
