Print Software Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute complex, high-visibility software programs to support the evolution of software products.
• Partner across functions to prioritize, track, and execute cross-organizational programs while maintaining high quality.
• Define software development lifecycle processes and mentor team members on best practices.
• Mitigate program risks and resolve issues affecting release, scope, schedule, and quality.
• Drive and track software releases, features, bug fixes, testing, and documentation.
• Provide clear and timely updates to stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Manage program budgets, including forecasting, tracking expenditures, and optimizing resource allocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant area or demonstrated professional competence.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in software program management.
• Comprehensive experience developing commercial software products using Agile development practices.
• Expertise in managing the full software development lifecycle from initiation through delivery.
• Proven experience with controlled software release processes and product lifecycle management tools.
• Strong proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, and cost management for large-scale programs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
