Print Services Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate inserting equipment and postage meters to process utility and telecom bills and mailings
• Use PC, mailing machine, and electronic scale to produce labels, packing slips, and shipping documentation
• Maintain production supplies such as trays, sleeves, and carts
• Ship packages via the shipping system and process related reports
• Clean mailroom and shipping areas to ensure quality control
• Coordinate with vendors to repair shipping equipment
• Assist with strapping equipment and shrink wrap machine operations

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent
• Comfortable operating and navigating a computer
• Strong attention to detail
• Availability to work third shift after 1–3 months of first-shift training
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Commitment to NISC’s Statement of Shared Values
• Physical ability to see, speak, hear, stand, walk, and sit
