About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of complex, innovative, and strategic technical solutions to address unique customer challenges.
  • Foster deep, strategic relationships with key customers and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to executive-level customers, articulating the value proposition of solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for high-profile customers in coordination with sales teams.
  • Design and implement intricate integrations with third-party solutions and diverse technologies.
  • Tackle complex technical challenges and unexpected customer issues with innovative problem-solving.
  • Mentor junior team members by sharing product expertise and promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Identify potential risks in complex solutions and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline (or commensurate experience).
  • 7-10 years of professional work experience.
  • Proven experience in technical selling and consultative selling.
  • Strong background in account management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Cloud Computing, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with APIs, SaaS, and IT Infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in Enterprise Application Software and Software As A Service (SaaS) models.
  • Skills in Request For Proposal (RFP) processes and sales prospecting.
