About the role
Responsibilities
- Set up, run, and maintain a digital HP Indigo press
- Operate large-format equipment for banners, posters, and signage
- Perform post-print tasks including cutting, folding, laminating, saddle-stitching, and spiral binding
- Review job tickets for accuracy and inspect runs for color consistency and alignment
- Perform routine cleaning and minor troubleshooting on shop equipment
- Interact professionally with clients during deliveries
Requirements
- Experience with digital print workflows and RIP software
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat and InDesign)
- Mechanical aptitude to adjust bindery and finishing machinery
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
