Print Logistics Specialist I

Responsibilities

• Plan projects with construction and project managers to identify equipment and printer needs
• Create tracking processes and documentation for all equipment locations
• Manage material logistics and consumable inventory for field operations
• Coordinate between teams, vendors, and internal departments for operational efficiency
• Serve as the HQ point of contact for in-field equipment escalations, repairs, and supplies
• Handle maintenance and calibration for field instruments, vehicles, and heavy equipment
• Oversee Printer Bill of Materials and conduct regular inventory audits
• Perform quality control inspections on cylinders and manage shipments
• Conduct pre-deployment inspections of tools and equipment

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with industrial technical products, hardware, or equipment
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a similar field
• Ability to travel frequently (80%) to job sites
• Valid driver's license
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a field environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as an ICON Print Technician
• Technical background in construction, manufacturing, robotics, or industrial automation
• Experience with robotics, heavy equipment, or technical hardware/software combinations
• Experience in a fast-paced technology or startup environment
• Hands-on experience operating complex machinery or industrial equipment
