Print, Insert & Mail Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production equipment according to job specifications and tickets
• Monitor production output and troubleshoot equipment issues to maintain quality standards
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance on machinery
• Complete all required paperwork, documentation, and time tracking accurately
• Adhere to all standard operating procedures, HIPAA compliance, and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production and shipping deadlines
• Assist postproduction, quality control, and warehouse departments as needed

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent GED required
• Basic computer skills, including data entry
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to perform frequent bending and stooping
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Willingness to work overtime as needed, particularly during peak periods

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working in a production environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and maintenance manuals
