About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account business plans to drive growth through transactional and strategic initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with global clients to ensure high levels of loyalty and understanding of their needs.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to identify growth opportunities and align organizational capabilities with client IT priorities.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and renewals to secure favorable terms.
- Manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve or exceed revenue and margin quotas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and industry experts to facilitate solution development and anticipate client requirements.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to internal stakeholders and clients regarding deliverables and roadblocks.
Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 4-7 years of work experience in account management, customer relationship management, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in consultative selling and business development.
- Strong contract negotiation and pricing management skills.
- Ability to manage complex sales processes and maintain high-level client relationships.
